    Collection 15838 was collected by T. Kasuya (Kasuya B3265) on 16th October 2016 in Wajima-shi, Mii-machi, Nakanagatani, Ishikawa, JAPAN (approx. 37.3084°N, 136.93°E, altitude approximately 230 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.

    According to the GPS data the collection was in the Koppen climate code Cfa (Temperate, no dry season, hot summer).
