    Collection 15364 was collected by D. Lewis (DPL809A) on 4th December 1976 in Beaumont Unit, BTNP, off FM1131, Orange Co., Texas, UNITED STATES (approx. 30.5396°N, 94.3405°W, altitude approximately 40 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded with a substrate of cadaveric soil.
