Collection 13335 was collected by H.J. Beker on 7th November 2009 in Foret d'Ecault, Pas de Calais, FRANCE (50.6497°N, 1.5817°E, altitude approximately 20 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Betulaceae (genus Betula) and Salicaceae (genera Populus and Salix) were present.
The surrounding habitat was described as coastal, mixed dune woodland with a substrate of calcareous, sandy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules. Pileus: 24–31 mm diameter; shape umbonate broadly; margin characters scalloped; viscosity tacky when moist; spotting no; hygrophanous no; colour variation unicolor; with colour at centre cream; and colour at margin pale yellow; with remains of universal veil no.
Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth up to 5 mm; number of complete lamellae 56; tears visible with x10 lens; white fimbriate edge not recorded.
Stipe: 44–68 x 3–4 {median} x 3–4 {basal} mm; stipe Q 11.0–17.0; base cylindrical; floccosity pruinose at apex; rooting no; mycelial chords no.
Context: texture firm; stipe interior stuffed; stipe flesh discolouring from base no; slenderness measure 27.4; smell raphanoid; taste not recorded.
