    Collection 11610 was collected by X. Llimona, J. Vila, det: J. Vila on 24th December 1999 in Cami de Ronda, Roses (Girona), Girona, SPAIN (approx. 42.242°N, 3.202°E, altitude approximately 15 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Cistaceae (genus Cistus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded with a substrate of acidic soil.

    According to the GPS data the collection was in the Koppen climate code Csa (Temperate, dry summer, hot summer).

    Cheilocystidia: main shape cylindrical, clavate-lageniform or clavate-ventricose; special features septa; Cheilocystidia Ratios: A/M = 1.41; A/B = 1.04; B/M = 1.39.

    Pleurocystidia: no.

    Ixocutis: epicutis thickness (measured from exsiccata) 130 μm; ixocutis maximum hyphae width 7 μm; ixocutis hyphae encrustation yes; shape of trama elements beneath subcutis ovate.
