    Collection 1000447 was collected by G.F. Weber, det: Murrill on 30th October 1941 in Gainesville, Florida, UNITED STATES (approx. 29.675°N, 82.3417°W, altitude approximately 50 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as lawn with a substrate of grassy, shady soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
