Collection 1000117 (herbarium acc. no. ZT 3309) is an isotype of Hebeloma vinosophyllum.

    Collection 1000117 was collected by T. Hongo on 17th July 1961 in Ishizue, Atsu-City, Mie, JAPAN (approx. 34.43°N, 136.3°E, altitude approximately 200 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Pinaceae (genus Pinus) and Fagaceae (genus Quercus) were present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as mixed woodland, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
