    Collection 16570 was collected by P. Kroeger, B. Kendrick, C. Kendrick, det: P. Kroeger on 9th September 2008 in Bischof Island, Haida Gwaii, British Columbia, CANADA (approx. 52.5736°N, 131.5609°W, altitude approximately 0 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as coniferous woodland with a substrate of cadaveric, mossy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
