Collection 16171 (herbarium acc. no. KUN F0040724, HKAS 56056) is Hebeloma angustilamellatum.

    Collection 16171 was collected by Y.C. Li, det: Z.L. Yang on 30th June 2008 in Xishuangbanna, near landmarker 55Km, Yunnan, CHINA (approx. 22.018°N, 100.8461°E, altitude approximately 750 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as tropical woodland, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
