Collection 1000596 was collected by W.F. Chiu, S.C. Chen (WFC8379) on 5th August 1942 in Tapugi, Kunming, Yunnan, CHINA (approx. 25.1057°N, 102.6692°E, altitude approximately 1900 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.
The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
