Collection 1000555 was collected by E.A. Burt on 3rd June 1919 in Missouri Botanical Garden, St Louis, Missouri, UNITED STATES (approx. 38.6128°N, 90.2594°W, altitude approximately 160 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.
The surrounding habitat was described as urban garden with a substrate of grassy, nutrient-enriched soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
