Collection 1000537 was collected by C.H. Peck in October 1903 in Albany County, Menands, New York, UNITED STATES (approx. 42.692°N, 73.7246°W, altitude approximately 10 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.
The surrounding habitat was described as mown parkland with a substrate of grassy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
