    Collection 1000354 was collected by W.A. Murrill on 11th January 1912 in Jasper Ridge, near Stanford University, California, UNITED STATES (approx. 37.4061°N, 122.2446°W, altitude approximately 150 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Fagaceae (genus Quercus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
