Collection 1000349 was collected by C.F. Baker (CFB140) on 14th December 1901 in Stanford University, California, UNITED STATES (approx. 37.4244°N, 122.1664°W, altitude approximately 35 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Fagaceae (genus Quercus) was present.
The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded with a substrate of litter.
