    Collection 1000294 was collected by H.R. Totten (1509), det: W.A. Murrill on 10th December 1914 in In old Raleigh Road, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, UNITED STATES (approx. 35.7393°N, 78.8262°W, altitude approximately 130 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Pinaceae (genus Pinus) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
