    Collection 1000089 was collected by C.H. Peck on 5th August 1911 in Oneida County, Remsen, New York, UNITED STATES (approx. 43.32°N, 75.19°W, altitude approximately 380 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as woodland edge with a substrate of boggy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
