Collection 12863 was collected by M. Karadelev, M. Theiss (MK-MAK 08-10026) on 19th October 2008 in Galichica Mt, crossroad to St Naum Monastery, NORTH MACEDONIA (approx. 40.97°N, 20.88°E, altitude approximately 1120 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Fagaceae (genus Quercus) was present.
The surrounding habitat was described as deciduous woodland roadside with a substrate of calcareous soil and litter, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
